NSO Lab (also known as: NSO) makes every effort to accurately display the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the site. However, there is no guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and electronic displays may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and NSO Lab cannot guarantee that items will be readily in stock. NSO Lab reserves the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
Shop Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• If the items have been water-damaged, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Any purchases of beds have non refundable deposit (know as “prepayment”)
To be eligible for a store credit, exchange, or refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return your item with your proof of purchase or receipt. When NSO Lab receives the item, the item will be inspected and fulfilled appropriately.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call NSO Lab for instructions.
Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original outgoing shipping will be not be included in your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
NSO Lab Equipment Sales
Upon placing an order for the purchase of equipment with a unit price greater than 15.000 USD, the buyer shall be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 15.000 USD (prepayment) from the total purchase price, which will only be accepted in the form of credit card payment. The remaining balance (difference between equipment full price and the 15.000 USD prepayment) must be paid in full prior to shipment of the equipment, which shall only occur once the total amount due has been received and cleared. We ask for 100% payment before shipping the product, and any fees associated with using a credit card or service that incurs charges will be the client’s responsibility.

Refund Policies
Payments for our products are made to us in full. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable. If a product being made is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by NSO Lab, and if applicable, a fee for all work completed from that point will be paid by the client.
Chargebacks
If we receive a chargeback from a credit card company or bank, we ask you to send back all equipment in its original packaging. The shipping back of the product will be at the customer’s cost. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued due to the chargeback(s), must be paid in full. A restocking fee of 20% of the total sale will be charged to the client. Instead of issuing a chargeback, please get in touch with us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
